STI Prep/Master 3030

The Prep/Master STI-3030 is built for high-performance surface preparation and polishing on large-scale commercial and industrial projects—recommended for areas up to 10,000 square feet (1,000 m²). Despite its substantial weight and size, this machine is remarkably easy to operate, thanks to the smooth, balanced design of the STI rotary gear system.

Powered by a robust 30 HP motor, the STI-3030 handles demanding grinding and polishing conditions with ease across concrete, terrazzo, marble, and stone surfaces. The variable speed drive offers precise control, allowing the operator to adapt to different surface types and job requirements seamlessly.

The adjustable pocket weight system provides flexibility in head pressure, while the standard water tank allows for a quick transition between dry and wet applications. The STI-3030 comes with four tool plates (included) and accommodates twelve tools, giving you the capacity and efficiency needed for large-scale production.
