Important Rental Policies

MANDATORY: Every customer must sign a Rental Agreement prior to equipment pickup or delivery.

Notice Required:

We ask that you please give us at least 1 week notice for rental reservations to ensure availability.

Please be advised that in certain cases, additional fees may be incurred — for example, when extra parts or consumables (like diamond tooling) are required.

Daily Rental Rates

  1. Vacuums
    • Ridged Vacuum: $50 / day
    • S2X Vonarx Vacuum $100 / day (Wand, Hose, and Floor tool Included)
    • Ruwac Big Red: $75 / day
  2. Grinders
    • Vonarx FG250S (110V, 3-6 Diamonds - 2 available): $150 / day
    • Scanmaskin 330 RS (Available in 110V and 220V): $150 / day
    • Scanmaskin 650 (230V): $350 / day
    • STI Prep/Master 2807 (Includes 100’ cable, 12 resin holders): $300 / day
    • STI Prep/Master 3030 (Includes 100’ cable, 12 resin holders): $450 / day
    • STI Prep/Master JR (6 diamonds): $250 / day
    • Xingyi 750 (240V, 6 diamonds): $375 / day
  3. Other Equipment
    • 8" Vonarx Shotblaster: $200 / day (Includes Magnet - Lead shot sold separately)
    • 10"Vonarx Shotblaster $300/day (Includes Magnet - Lead shot sold separately)
    • US Saws Joint Saw: $50 / day
    • 10 Gallon Pump: $400 / day
    • Auto Scrubber: $150 / day
    • Rabbit Swing Machine: $60 / day

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Damage or Loss – The Renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and agrees to protect it from theft, loss, or damage. The Renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage, loss, or theft while in their possession.

Late Return – Equipment returned after the agreed date and time will be subject to a fee of $_________ per day until returned. The Renter must notify the Owner as soon as possible if a delay is anticipated.

Equipment Condition – Equipment is provided in good working condition. The Renter must inspect the equipment upon receipt and immediately report any issues. Failure to report damage at the time of rental may result in the Renter being held responsible.

Cleaning & Repairs – Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if excessive cleaning is required. Additional charges may apply for damage or repairs.
