PC-220 Single Component Waterproofing Urethane Membrane

PC-220/PC-220SC is a single-component, liquid-applied, moisture-cured aromatic polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing base membrane. 

This product is sold in both a gray or tan base color and either a 1 or 5 gallon pail.

This product is NOT UV stable so it requires a topcoat. This can be flakes, quartz or a solid color polyurethane coating.

Typical application over a wood deck is a base coat of PC-220 appliefd at 50 sq ft per gallon. Once this has set up enough to walk on (24-48) hours then you will apply another coat of PC-220 which is a broadcast coat and this is where you would apply a 100% broadcast of decorative flakes or Quartz granules followed by a clear protective coat of Polyurethane (PPG Pitthane) or Polyaspartic (CHEM100WT).
