LabFast 85(+) Polyaspartic

LABFAST LO is a low-odor, high-solids, two-component (1A:1B) polyaspartic coating designed for concrete floors. Known for its non-yellowing properties and UV stability, it's commonly used in combination with vinyl flakes to deliver both performance and visual appeal. LABFAST LO is available in two colors: Grey and Clear. The Grey version is typically used as a base coat, while the Clear version serves as a durable protective topcoat—both utilizing the same hardener for convenience. LABFAST LO 85 comes in three cure-speed variations to suit different project needs: Ultra-Fast Set (-), Prolonged Working Time (+), and Extra Working Time (XT). This system offers an optimized balance between working time and cure time, enabling full floor system installation in a single day with rapid return to service. It cures effectively even at low temperatures and delivers exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance, low maintenance requirements, and a superior aesthetic finish. For best results, we recommend combining LABFAST LO with LABTEC Vinyl Chips. Depending on the application, both two- and three-coat systems are suitable.
