Hi-Wear 90s

Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S is a high-performance, low-odor urethane topcoat designed to stand up to the most demanding environments. Available as a 3-component clear or 4-component pigmented system, this 90% solids, aliphatic, and chemical-resistant coating is built for high-traffic industrial and manufacturing spaces.

Engineered for exceptional durability, abrasion resistance, and stain protection, Hi-Wear 90S is ideal for surfaces exposed to forklift traffic, pallet jacks, hydraulic fluids, cutting oils, solvents, and a wide range of aggressive chemicals.

Thanks to its high solids content and superior formulation, a single coat applied at over 535 sq. ft. per gallon outperforms two coats of many traditional polyurethane, polyaspartic, or polyurea topcoats—delivering longer-lasting protection and better resistance to wear and chemicals.

The finish is a low-sheen, lightly textured surface that helps minimize visible traffic patterns, making it as practical as it is tough.
