AirDam is a high-performance STP (silyl-terminated polymer) sealant engineered to create a durable, weather-tight seal around windows and doors. It effectively stops moist outside air from entering and keeps conditioned indoor air from escaping—helping improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

Specifically formulated for use in rough openings prepared with R-Guard FastFlash®, AirDam delivers long-term elasticity and adhesion without shrinking or cracking. Its flexible, paintable finish accommodates building movement while maintaining a continuous air and water barrier.
